Bad Service
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have the bad experience with the Service at Virgin Active , they increased the debit order without any communication form R380 to R413 . when i phone to enquire the clueless agent i spoke to said it was a mistake however the debit order still go through for R413. they don’t debit the money of the date i agreed on. virgin active is just inconveniencing my life and doing as they please on my bank account. Irritated with their pathetic service and call centre agents don’t sing the same song!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
