Bad service

<p>good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>in the past 3 or 4 years i have a contract with Virgin Active Humewood/Greenacres Port Elizabeth, the contract expires and i cancelled the contract at Humewood with the consultant & later months i recived a call from Humewood branch informing me about outstanding balance of -+ R585 of which i disputed owing anything for Virgin Active because i informed VA to cancelled but there just ignored my side of the evens.</p> <p>today i enquired to VA in order to join back to the club i was informed i have to pay the outstanding balance of R585 but the half of the balance outstanding will be written off the club and i need to pay other half ofR 293, This balnce outstanding related to the cancellation i done with the club when my contract expired and it was taken off from my account after i lodged a complainted with Hello Peter now i found this very strange and in the past years i never received a call or mail from collection lawyers regarding with VA debt. can someone investigate this matter before i can join again.</p>
