Bad service

On 02 February 2023 around 08h50 I went to virgin active classic at moses mabhida and was told by the lady at reception that their system was down and they using manual where each member sign in their names. I then noticed that every person is using the same pen without having it sanitized yet inside the gym all equipments needs to be sanitized before and after I suggest that the club create a system that'll protect all parties in case of system failure.
