BAD SALES - VIRGIN

Honestly been a horrible first-time gym experience. From bad sales service, not explaining clearly nor the terms and conditions.

I am a young single mother I clearly look like an easy target so you can make your sales target for the day.

****Things you should know before signing - is that the promotion I am giving you is not on our system when you come to the front desk and get rude assistance who think they know exactly whats going on and will not be kind or call a manager to help with the situation, and let you walk out the door with a bitter bitter taste... oh and you cant cancel or you have to literally pay x4 as much (R3200) and you haven't even started using the services. **** A BIG F**** slap in my face.

I am disgraced by the service and lack of professionalism!!! How's about: "Bianca - If you join now on our March 2018 promotion and joining fee of R75 on promotion - now or before end of April 2018 you pay your R700 activation fee to join vitality and not the normal rate of R2000 plus an additional monthly fee of R800 per month for club fee you will only be paying a monthly fee of R200 once you have joined your vitality. Why not pay R700 for your vitality activation for the promotion and we will charge you R200 onwards!!! None of this explained but you happy to take my ****** money on a public holiday of R800 plus you want a R2000 deposite which is NOT WHAT YOUR PROMOTION CLAIMS TO BE.

Please see below email for proof and think logically! And it would be so nice if you could refund me or cancel my service or I pay in the additional R100 for activation and monthly fee.... !!!!

Dear Discovery Member – FYI Discovery Vitality special offer: reduced gym activation fee for new Vitality members If members join Vitality before the end of April 2018, they will only pay a R700 activation fee (currently it is nearly R2000) when they join the gym.

They will be able to join any Virgin Active or Planet Fitness health club in the country.

All members who have an active membership on a scheme administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd or a Discovery Life policy at 28 February 2018 will be eligible for the special offer.
