Bad Management/ disregard for Customers/ Unprofessional

I had the displeasure of meeting the club manager of VA Sunninghill yesterday. When I wanted to use the S****Mill (they were not in use at the time) in the area that designated as the "cross fit", I was told by Tessa van Tonder that Im not allowed to use them and have to use the s****mills stuck on the end of the rowing machines or at the over crowded cardio section. I asked her if this is what I paid for and that I have no right to exercise where I wanted to! When I walked away she discussed me with one of the customers using the ab machine whom consequently kept on looking at me making me extremely uncomfortable. There was ZERO communication to warn gym users that this newly invented "cross-fit" class will be in peak hours and inconvenience the rest of us, that you as a paying client, going to VA for years already have to be inconvenienced by a club manager that shows an absolute disregard for the customers as ling as she gets to launch the "cross-fit" classes in peak hours!! She did not apologize for the inconvenience cause and spoke to me as if Ive got no choice. Ive also noticed that there is hardly any space left for other customers on that section of floor to do functional training, there is usually quite a few people, there was no PT's in sight with their clients which is very strange for a peak time at gym. This is a complete failure on the club managers part, where the logic of making a huge portion of the floor and equipment unavailable to customers? Are you really prepared to lose feet through the door? If this is the attitude I can and will gladly change my membership to a gym that takes ALL of their customers in consideration and not just a new fad introduced by the club manager. I hope that this can be addressed in a amicable way and that the "cross-fit" classes can be moved to less peak hours.
