Bad management and customer relation

Management at Virgin Active Meyersdal is shocking. You pay a premium to workout there and treat you like they are doing you a favour.

I made the mistake of emptying a small amount of water from my bottle into their chlorinated pool. Someone complained of course and they went as far as getting video footage of the event.. come on man!

Yet…. Not a single person is wearing a mask in the gym, no social distancing etc. complete disregard for the regulations set out by the OHSA of SA.

Where is the logic!?

They should fire the entire management staff.
