Bad Hygiene

At the beginning of the year 2017, i reported to Germiston virginactive management that the facilities are not hygienic the equipment is filthy, the air conditioner doesn't work most of the times, the members do not clean the seats and leave the chairs, and stuff full of sweet and the training equipment is not on racks .The management did not do any changes.I inform them that I would not go to use the virgin active facilities and cancel my membership. After a month or two, the finance department contacted me and informed that my payment is behind .i explained to the person the same thing that I as to the management and I was told the manager would contact me and up today nobody contacted me.

At point in time, I get harassed by people for payments

I paid more than three thousand for deposit, and I do not see why to pay for filthy place and facilities I do not use
