Bad Gym Conditions_ Virgin Active Pavillion

Virgin Active _ Pavillion Branch, KZN - This is a complaint about poor maintenance of gym equipment. This has been reported to the branch manager on numerous occasion to no avail. This is a huge risk on the gym members since the bicycles are old, dilapidated and damaged, there is also an incidence report submitted to the branch manager however to date nothing has been done about this situation. It would be greatly appreciated if this matter can be attended to with utmost urgency.
