Bad for Business!!! Refund o/S for 5 months

First of all, thanks, I thoroughly enjoy the gym however, it is extremely concerning that my refund was never ever processed. When I initially joined, I was under medical aid and during that time, it lapsed, as a result, the initial 'card fee\ of R 1225 was supposed to be refunded because I was now being billed R495 pm as a general account. I never really worried about it because I expected that being verbally told this with a staff member
