Bad FI management.

I am very unimpressed with the current management team at Virgin Active La Lucia. It seems their Fitness manager Pam needs to be educated in proper customer service. When faced with an issue she simply tells the member to cancel their membership instead of helping find a common ground. I’ve been apart of this gym for many years and I’ve been through many managerial changes but never have I felt so disregarded as a member. This incident has made me consider looking for a new gym as I do not pay my fees to be treated this way. As well as what the issue was other members do not get treated this way. Very unhappy
