Bad experience at virgin active red Durban

<p>I had the worst experience with the virgin active red in Durban they don't seem to care about clients or have the no how of how to operate a gym , the lady who deals Admin staff( phindile) lacks customer experience when you call in with a query she refuses to speak to you and in the back ground you can hear her cursing at you and shouting at you in her Zulu language,</p>
