Bad experience and ******* at Virgin Active

My daugter and I joined Virgin active two years ago. She turned `8 this year and first of all they did not phone me to let me know that we will be paying R 700 per month since she turned 18. Then a guy phoned and said since she is 19 she can be moved under the discovery vitality leg for herself. I wanted to cancel it now, since she is going to atttend university next year. To my GREAT suprise I must hear that there was a year contract added to het membership, I had to pay R 1000 cancelation fee plus R 500 for next month's membership. Do notr join!!! These gys are a ripping you off!!!! I would have never entered into a year contract as I knew that she is going to go to univfersity. This was NEVER disclosed to me!!!!
