Bad expereince

We had such a terrible experience coming from work yesterday when my friend I went to gym there were no lockers available to put your bags, the place was so full you couldn't move this is not acceptable you can never leave your bag with valuables lying around unlocked the sad part is that this friend of mine has recently joined the gym because I convinced her to come join and now one month later we come across such situation clearly the company now only worries about signing more people to what happens after they don't care, we pay for our membership every month without fail I have never missed a single payment ever since I joined and I’ve just recently renewed my contract as well,

You need sort out this issue otherwise you will have to allow us to cancel our membership and go somewhere else without any penalties really, you must also look at your bathrooms your shower doors broke now and again and even the space is so small we have wait in the queue to get bath before you go home it enough you need to come up with a plan to fit this is a real mess.
