Bad debiting

So far it hasn't been super bad. They've started debiting more than what they're supposed to but when I query it they say its an increase that they can't give an apparent reason for since increases already happened in the beginning of the year. They tried this last time and when I queried it they fixed it. I'm going to query it again tomorrow and see.
