Bad customer service, virgin active

Virgin active customer service is realy bad. I jave asked them to freeze my account, yet they are still deducting. I've sked them twice. Mainly because it does not operate at 100% capacity. Sometimes I go there and it is full. I actually need to just cancell my membership
