Bad customer service experience

The worst customer experience I’ve experienced in my life, after lol these years they still don’t understand the meaning of providing a service further than taking your money. Which they are quite competent to do even when their systems were down. The sales guy, Lerato has no interest in helping me, his client and the head office is no better - when they should be better equipped in helping customers.
