Bad customer service

I tried to cancel my membership by i was made to pay a debit order for the next month because apparently I cancelled to late. I was also told I missed a debit order for one of the months but I could still access the gym. The guy there called Sam Maluleke gave me an attitude telling me he didn't want to repeat himself when I asked questions. Sam, you made sure I never look into Virgin Active again!!
