Bad customer service

On top of being made liable for an amount that should’ve be payable by me the customer service consulted refused to make payment arrangement to settle a debt that’s not even mine. I have never in my life begged for service. I guess they choose who they want their customers to be and not be. The last words the consulted said was “that’s your choice ma’am”
