Bad customer service

Virgin active told me that I owe them but the truth of the matter is they failed to took the money due to system problems and I then paid them

They again debt my account and I then reversed the amount because it was double payment.

Today two staff from virgin called me and told me that I owe them. What a messssssssss!!!!
