Bad Customer Service

I have been with Virgin Active Horizon View for many years i have decided to sign a new 2 year contract i have been in an areas i have paid my areas to full then suddenly to find out my new contracted has been messed up that i owe Virgin Active R4000 after i signed a new contract i am not happy about this service i have received i will not mention any consultants name but i want my stuff to be sorted or i will never ever recommend Virgin Active Horizon view to anybody
