Bad customer service

This morning my kids went to soweto virgin active but where denied access by Kedibone and team leader Gloria Mabaso. Gloria called branch manager who said i quote you did the right thing by denied access unquote. My memberships is pending due to 2014 arrears and i wasn't told. I am querying with them. Kedibone is very RUDE. The all natter was not handled right. I have been with virgin active over 10 years and get such treatment haibo
