Bad customer service

I was told not to use a step on black tile simply because members don't pack their weights/equipment used,what ****ed me off is that I had to rush to finish my workout,that is an inconvenience having to change my gym programme,This happened at sunny park Pretoria,serious training is needed there,why would I have a gym membership if I can't go train according to my programme who pays ? The consultant or me? I would rather go to a club that puts clientele as a priority! As for aircons I'd rather not mention it's a disaster!
