Bad Customer Experience

Greetings ,I would like to report a lady who works for Virgin Active Wonderpark Mall she goes by the name of Bathabile she literally gives the worst customer service and what makes it worse is that she is the face of Virgin active Wonderpark mall ,her attitude is not welcoming at all this is not a one time event it has been going on since I joined the gym .she really creates the worst customer experience.
