Bad custoer service by Simo

A friend of mine who is a virgin active asked me to scan his card. This is because he has some agreement with a third party, not related to Virgin Active. Upon scanning the card, a gentleman by the name Simo(as seen on the tag), told me scanning someone's card is not allowed.

I then asked him to show me the law to confirm what he was saying. He said I must stand there, someone will talk to me because I don't want to listen to me.

He ended up not showing me these rules. I waited for about 5 minutes but no one attended me.

On my way out, I asked for his surname because only Simo was written on his badge. He just ignored me.

I'm a paying premier virgin member who has been a member for more than 10 years. If I do something wrong, the lest that could be done is to be given reasons as why a certain action is prohibited.

The behaviour displayed by Simo at Virgin Active Bluff yesterday, the 18th July is not acceptable. I would like to report it.

I will follow up on this matter to see that action is taken and every paying member is respected. This gentleman has been doing this to other members as well.
