bad company dont join them

on the 28th i payed an activation fee and i canceled within 2 days on the 3rd i called and was told i was going to get my 699 within 3 to 5 working days which i hvnt received when you call their offices in 14 christaan barnard street based in cape town the agent drops the phone while you are talking to them dont join them because when its time to take their money they are so fast but cant give it back as for me i will fight for my 699 even if its takes i email the ombudsman i will do so so they will stop this
