Bad communication

Dealing with a company that has the ethical questionability that Virgin Active have, I am not surprised that so many smaller gyms are opening in competition and doing so well.

I have not been a member for some time, yet I keep on getting emails stating that I am in arrears. NO STATEMENT attached or any other breakdown for the reason of said message as normal companies do. How a company of your size cannot communicate better is beyond me.

Please can someone attend to this query and give more information as to what these emails are about.
