Bad behavior of Pilatus Instructor INA

On 16/6/2025 I visit Virgin Active, Roodepoort (Constantia) for a Reformer Pilates class at 9:30. We were waiting for the previous class to finish. The previous class finished their activities and the people left the class. There was only one person left and the instructor named Ina. I walked into the class , just to be shout at to leave the class and wait, what I did. Ina the instructor came out of the class and insult me in front of all the other people. She told me that I must behave myself and if she said I cant come in, then I must behave and listen to her. Al the other people attending the class was listening to her, and was totally surprised at her behavior.

I feel that if she wants to address the matter, to do it in private and be kind and friendly. I don't tolerate such behavior and I report it to management. They listen to my story and don't even take my details to follow up. I pay a subscription to attend the club activities and expect that the personnel treat your friendly and helpful. I am not the only person that experience this bad behavior of Ina but they are to scared to do something about it. My Details are: Gideon van der Merwe *** ***
