Bad bad service

I've been a client with Virgin Active now for over 10 years and must say that today was the last time that I will take this bad service. No more I have send mails to the GM several times and nothing has been done to improve, now I will cancel my service with Virgin asap . Virgin has become to big for there loyal customers
