Bad bad customer service

<p>Got a call from a consultant by the name of Babalwa telling me I owe R70 and when I tried to explain that the mistake is from their part shoe wouldn't listen an was so rude. I asked her to be assisted by someone else and she flatly refused saying if I want someone else I must call myself. Pathetic service to say the least. I'm still waiting for feedback from a Cham Davids who claimed he was the team leader.</p>
