Bad attitude poor admin on VA side

Daniel @ accounts had a attitude who is going to cost VA members. Supervisors just not available to take calls. Cost me severall calls (time and money) because VA is not knowing what is going on, Grant Marman Im waiting for your call. Keep getting emails and calls saying Im in arrears but Im paid up to date
