Bad attitude

I am a member at Milpark, I am not happy with the way the new auque trainer spoke to me as it was my 1st time joining her class at 9am due to work, I joined her class 10mins late after she ignored me she then ordered me to go stand in the middle, I then told her no I was scared mind you it was my 1st time attending this class, I don’t even know whether the pool is deep or not, I can’t even swim for that matter of fact, she said she wasn’t going to give me attention because I was late. Hello in order for me to be able to pay my membership I need my work, I then asked her why did she not chase me out her class if she felt I was late. I then told her she should have gave herself time to even check whether I am disabled or not and she boldly rep**** saying she’s not a doctor. This statement clearly states she doesn’t care about the members of virgin active this showed me why she left her previous job because of this smelling attitude
