Bad attitude

<p>Hi</p> <p>On the 11th of July I went to virgin active Polokwane near Peter Mokaba stadium at around 19:00. I went Into the change rooms to wear my gym clothes. After the gym session at around 20:10 when I went back to the change rooms I was supprised my pair of takkies was nowhere to be found. I asked the guy who I found where my takkies were and he said he don't know. I went to reception and found the other guy wirh an armband rotten captain. I explained to him about my missing shoes. And he said I change rooms nothing he can do unless if someone picked them and will bring them after the gym. I said I found someone at the spot where I left my shoes and he said he cannot search the person unfortunately that person went out. Then he said he is waiting for reliever as I was insisting while he was no interested after he went with me. He wrote my detail and said he will report to Risk department. I call him the following day to ask about my shoes then he said nothing received and he said he lost the paper that he wrote my numbers. On the 18th I went to gym and asked they check and nothing found. CAN U PLEASE ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF THEFT AS PEOPLE R LOOSING IMPORTANT AND EXPENSIVE THINGS. THE WAY I SEE PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T EXPERIENCE THE LOSS OF ANYTHING THEY R TOO RELAX AS SOME OF UR STAFF R FAILLING US. I DIDN'T LIKE THE RESPOND FROM THE GUY IT WAS LIKE THEY DON'T CARE. PEOPLE WHO GOES THERE FOR *****ING MUST GIVENG A VERY SERIOUS WARNING. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER TO BE A VICTIM.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
