bad attitude

I activated my membership in greenstone but wanted to exercise in Sunward park.when I went to gym the lady at the entrance told me my membership is pending I must go to greenstone. Unfortunately I can't during the week because of work,I phoned them and they said when I get to the entrance they must contact them to rectify the error, I was really annoyed with the lady at the reception as she just kept talking that it's her large time letting me in as if the error is my problem and wouldn't allow me to speak. Very disappointed ad this is actually my favourite gym but to have someone at the entrance with poor interpersonal skills,it's not my problem that someone forgot to get me to sign all documents. Now I must skip gym for minor issues.
