Bad attitude

Had an appointment with a lady called Inove, cool. Got here an a Rude lady by the name is Dineo gave me some book to register, I did not write down my ID number because it is a high risk. I have a case where my ID number were ****** and accounts being opened. So I refused and she gave me very bad attitude and told me I will never enter, and I rep**** by saying I was not even looking to enter the gym. I am here to collect papers, this lady is unbelievable... Such bad attitude
