Bad advertising/service

<p>The worst run gym I've ever encountered! Sold me a package to have a personal trainer for 3 sessions. I have yet to receive a call from a personal trainer. Money taken immediately taken off my account. After asking several times at the said gym, with no response I called customer service, I was met with a very impatient man and he assured me the manager would call. I have subsequently cancelled my membership, the manager did eventually call but was clearly not interested in my query. So Virgin Active has ****** money from me and don't give a damn. When you show interest BEFORE signing they don't stop calling to try and get you to join but there after can't be bothered!!</p>
