Bad Administration at Virginactive

I cancelled my contract in August 2023 and contact them numerous times to cancel my contract as I was a member for 4.5 years. I had to cancel due to my duties at work. They kept on deducting my account until I cancelled my debit order at the bank. Now Desember 2024 I want to enrol again but they state that I must pay arrears of R2460 before rejoining. Why must I pay them if they can't administrate their business!!!!!
