Bad Admin

<p>I app**** at VA Groenkloof Gym and things went well for the first month. Then I get contacted and said I owe money for being in arrears and this is now only months having been with them and unable to go due to my work schedule. Known to me is that I have requested the money comes off monthly via debit order but nothing has come off and this was only brought to my attention when they cancel my contract without prior knowledge. I went to the branch and asked them to rectify the issue regarding their administration but there has been no communication from their side for 2-3 months now</p>
