Ayesha on the social media platform answered me within a couple of minutes of my query and solved it a few minutes later- WOW!! Something that multiple emails since 26 Nov and looooong “please hold” calls where I choose the correct option (cancellations option 3), but I’m told I’ll be put through to someone else and then get cut off!!
