awful service

I have never dealt with a business whose customer service is worse than Virgin active!!!!! Honestly, I CAN NOT WAIT TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH VIRGIN ACTIVE !

The staff treats people like doing them a favour to be there. HOW on EARTH such *********** people are left in charge of a whole gym??? especially at the reception where you need to deal with people day in out!!!

will not recommend virgin active to anybody every!!!!
