Aweful service

<p>We where members of a virgin active and went to there in house physio which is availabe to non members so when we became non members acess into the gym has been a nightmare even one day delaying the physio.I have been informed so many different things and they make it so hard for a non member to go to a physio/bio in there gym. They say they are worried the person will do gym I have no bag dressed for work and I am going to do gym and surely if I was to do gym once in whats stopping me even if every month I fill in an indemity. Surely they can co ordinate with physio/bio to see who is coming that day for physio. A yearly indemity when signing up at the gym should be good enough? Instead of attending to others they attend to you, stop swipe a card, stop attend to you, stop swipe card, stop attend to you and when you ask for undivided attention you get attacked by members. I have emailed virgin and I have had no response expect that they looking into then when email to find out if anything follow up they ignore your email and dont even respond to say received. If this is how you treat non members surely you dont want them as members. Very dissapointed</p>
