Awaiting Refund, No contact from VA

I have been awaiting a refund of R390 from VA since the 17th of June 2021, I contacted the call centre on 17/06/2021 which then directed me to send proof of payment and deductions to ***.

17/06/2021 11:46 the email was sent with proof of all payments and deductions 17/06/2021 11:47 I receive an automated email acknowledging my mail, and to this day I have not been contacted by any VA agent regarding my refund, even after contacting VA 9 times since 17/06/2021 up until now when I ran out of airtime and specifically requested a callback to continue discussing the matter.
