Avoid virgin active at all costs

Absolutely shocking behaviour by Virgin. Repeated harassment to take out a contract, repeatedly declined. Now told monthly fee will start to be taken off...?for what. Sales rep claims he cannot solve the issue. Have to deal with call centre. Call centre cut me off. Why must I waste time and phone bills to sort out something which has clearly been *******ly initiated by someone at virgin active.
