Authorised deductions.

My mom (who is 83) is on vitality and was going to gym at Bedfordview. In July she was informed that she hadn't gone to gym enough times and therefore if she wanted to continue going to gym she would have to pay another activation fee. She decided not to. Since 1 August I noticed virgin active taking R 412.00 out of her account monthly.

She used to pay R208 I'm not sure why VA decided they can now deduct double that without saying anything. Not very ethical.
