Atrocious Service at Virgin Active

Emailed the club and 2 call centre agents one week ago with a query regarding vitality points and got diddly squat in return, not even an acknowledgement that they are looking into it. Then I thought let me not be one of those clients that complain and I emailed again this morning and guess what..........ZIP!
