****** at virginactive hillcrest

I am very much disappointed on the level that I got from the Operational manager at Hillcrest, Hein said he will lodge the complaint last night and call Me this morning before he goes to for his training as I was verbally abused and called a black ****en b$@ch on the floor ( strength machine and the perpetrator repeatedly kept calling me a black *****, asking me why are you people doing here, is this why it was not handled well Cause of my color? Does virgin active promote racisim and gender abuse. He was let to carry on gyming and today supposed to go to gym as I have paid for membership, if tables were turned around I think my membership would have been suspended.... I have seen it happen to other african people. I have witnesses and there's footage but nothing is being done. All I want to know is that virginactive promotes such? Il
