A refund request was submitted on November 28th for a contract opened in Edenvale and changed to Somerset West which was managed by an *********** staff compliment led by Ivette from sales who claimed she was handling the query in vainas three weeks later her manager claimed that Edenvale had process the refund. No time frame was given and the manager was less literate and willing than a child. A putrid display of service with no shortage of aloof attendance and lack of enthusiasm, encouraging a case of theft against Virgin Active if that money is not in my account in the next 24hours.
