Assault at Greenstone Virgin completely ignored by management

I was literally slapped on the virgin active greenstone gym floor by another member and nothing was done about it by the manager of greenstone. I had the audacity to use a machine that had been sitting unused for some time only for another member to come back and say the machine belongs to him and I must move. I refused. Was then assulted on the floor in front of eveyone and I immediately repoorted it to management. Management listened to what happened, then watched the footage and confirmed the assault. They then took a statement from the other member. I asked for them to be removed from the premises. The manager then told me they will finish their workout and leave. I then had to call the centre security to call the police since management was literally frigheted to remove the members. While we waited for the police the members continued their workout for another 45 minutes amd simply walked out. While I was waiting for the police only then did the manager of virgin ask me to write my statement which tells me they were going to do absolutely nothing about it. I also asked to see the footage and the manager told me I need to go get a sapeona and then he will alllow me to see it. Unbelievale lack of care from virgin. The entire time I was ignored, ridiculed and and made to feel like I was to blame for the incident by virgin. The club manager has not even bothered to call me.
