Virgin Active Mayersdale recently revamped there gym to look like all the other Virgin Active gyms. They moved some of the classes downstairs. Certain members were or are complaining about the the classes taken place in the newly revamped are. Because of the member's complaining there are certain classes taken away. I want to ask if I pay for a service why can't I get the class I paid for. I mean the classes are only 45min to 60min long. Surely the other members can understand this. I mean if they have leave Virgin Active Mayersdale they would encounter the exact same problem. So why does Virgin Active Mayersdale spend so much money on revamping the gym just so that the can take away certain classes but yet the same classes are still being held by other instructors. Now we have to lose excellent instructors because of certain members complaining over nonsense. I also pay my gym fees monthly. So why should the complaining members have a say and not us in the class. My money is the same colour as anybody else's. Regards Mornay van Vuuren. ***.
