Arrogant Staff

My debit order came back.I was aware of it but I have been in hospital for a while.The next thing I get resubmitted on the 15th without a message or phone call.Today 19,08 an arrogant rude lady calls me and has the audactity to say the contract states you can debit me at anytime?If that is the case i dont see why i have a debit order,I do not appreciate staff calling me with attitude
