Arrogance at the highest level

im a member at the Virgin active germiston club, the company smsed me around the 4th to tell me that there has been a technical issue that resulted in the delay of my debit of R300 that was suppose to run on the 28th. on the 08/07/2017 i received call from their head office and im assuming that it was probably for payment arrengements, i could unfortunately not take their call as i was in class and they have already closed business by the time i finished aand tried calling them back. i went to the gym as usal after my class and found 2 staff members who refused me access due to the amount due, i explained that i was aware of this and i have tried to contact the call centre to make arrangement after my class but they were already closed..for about 15 minutes i waited and beg the 2 to grant me acces as i urgently needed to use the steam room and made a commintment to make payment on monday. the 2 stuff members enjoyed having me begging for their mercy as they kept telling me how they are not sure of whether to let me in or not, a blow in this was when i was asked if im employed of which i ans****r yes and this is when this issue got personal and i was asked that if im working why dont i have money in my account to pay for my debts, i asked the gentle by the name of Thomas if he has really asked me such a question and to my suprise he said yes and continued laughing with his Collegue Nokwanda at this as this was a joke to them and they failed to understand why im not paying my debts. there was apoint where i was even asked if i really dont have a cent with me and im assuming that shoudl i have had money with me and offered to bribe them i would have gained access with no issue, my question to virgin active and its employees is do you honestly have the right to disrepect your members regardless of how much they owe you? what does the balance in my bank account has to do with your staff members. i would have not had any issues if i was not granted access from the word go, in fact i would have understood, but it was very inappropriate and disrepectful of you to question my personal matters to that degree, Hopefully one day you will educate your employees the importance of respecting your members.
